Collectively we are Embassy Wine Distributors, LLC. Formerly known as Embassy Wine by Rempac Exports. Individually we hope to get to know you better as Bob Bruns; Finance and Accounting, Todd Bruns; Export and Logistics and Vicki Amaral; Sales and Marketing.

WHAT WE DO

We arrange the purchase and delivery of U.S. wines solely for U.S. Embassies, Consulates, and Diplomatic Posts around the world, for below retail, allowing our fellow Americans in Foreign Service

We carry many unique, hand crafted wines available exclusively thru our program as well as popular, branded wines in all price ranges. Our expert staff is readily available to help with appropriate wine selection for any occasion or venue.

HOW IT’S DONE

By using your valid “state.gov” Email address in the ID field you can access our user friendly on-line shopping cart. Simply follow the prompts to make your selections. Any questions about placing your order can be answered by Vicki at vamaral@embassywine.com.

There is a 25 case minimum for all orders. This requirement is necessary to keep shipping and handling cost within reason. Shipping and handling is not included in the price of our wines but reflected separately on your invoice, since cost varies according to each individual order and where it is being shipped. We always ,do our best to find the best rates and means of transport. Questions concerning delivery of your order can be answered by Todd at tbruns@embassywine.com.

All orders must be paid for in advance. We accept EFT, checks, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Government Purchase Orders, or any combination of payment methods. All payments are made to Embassy Wine Distributors, LLC.

A 12% fee will be added to all Purchase Orders. If paid in full within 30 days this fee will be refunded. Do not prepare your PO until your final invoice is ready. Although we strive to keep our catalog current wines may become sold out or no longer available and changes to your original order may occur.
